We received reports from users saying that they are unable to proceed with purchases.
Upon checking, we found out that their apps were installed through unauthorized routes which caused this issue.

ROS is only available in countries except for South Korea, China, and Singapore.

Purchases and gameplay will only be available in apps that have been installed

through the certified platforms — Google Play Store and Apple App Store. 

Please note that users who download the app from unauthorized routes may be exposed to data leaks,

and we will not be able to provide support for problems that arise.

We also found that some transactions have been made by using a VPN or changing the country settings.

Please note that users who engage in these kinds of methods may be subject to disadvantages

that follow our policies.
