■ Council Conquest
 1) Definition
  - The Council Conquest is a large-scale battle/conquering event to fight for the Council.
  - The alliance that wins the Council Conquest can appoint the Chancellor.
※ If the Chancellor is not appointed within the term, the alliance leader will automatically be appointed as the Chancellor.

 2) Council Conquest and Rules for Victory
 - As soon as the Council construction is complete (12 hours after the Council event begins), the Council Conquest begins.
 - When the Council Conquest begins, the Shields protecting the Council and Turret Forts will be deactivated, and players can attack/occupy them.
 - Cyrox Rebels are stationed in the Council, and the Council will be surrounded by special fields with penalties.
(Special Field: Warship voyage speed is slower within the region, base fire lasts longer and does more damage)
 - The Council Conquest can last up to 8 hours. An alliance wins the Council Conquest if they conquer the Council and occupy it for a total of 3 hours.
 - If no alliance was able to occupy the Council for 3 hours total, whichever alliance has occupied the longest will be deemed the winner.
 - The winning alliance's leader can appoint the Chancellor.
 - The Chancellor can change the Sector name and Sector Flag.

 ※ Turret Forts

  - There are 4 Turret Forts surrounding the Council, which can be occupied.
  - If the alliance occupying the Turret Fort and the alliance occupying the Council are different, the Turret Fort will attack the forces stationed in the Council.
  * The alliance occupying the Council does not change even if the Turret Fort annihilates all forces stationed in the Council.
  * Turret Forts that are not occupied will not attack the Council.

 3) Appointing the Chancellor
 - The winning alliance's leader can appoint the Chancellor.
