Here are the details of the 1.0.39 update on 6/23.

■ Sector 42 Open
 - Sector 42 in Galaxy 4 is now open.
 

 

■ New Planet Chain Buff Feature
 - The Planet Chain Buff enhances Planet possession buffs.
 - Obtain additional buffs by possessing all the planets in a chosen group.

 

 1) Activating Chain Buffs
  - The alliance leader can activate a Chain Buff from the Chain Buff menu.
  - Multiple Chain Buffs can be activated simultaneously, and the buffs are applied to all alliance members.
    (If a certain planet is a part of a different Chain Buff, the Chain Buff cannot be activated)
  - The Chain Buff menu is in the Alliance Planet information menu.
  - Chain Buff planet groups and the list of owned planets can be found by toggling Sector > Sector Map > Territory Status.

 

 

 

 2) Deactivating Chain Buffs
  - Once a Chain Buff is deactivated after its initial activation, a cooldown timer begins.
  - Chain Buffs can be force-deactivated by the alliance leader or external influences.
  ※ The cooldown is only applied to deactivated Chain Buffs.
    (This does not affect other Chain Buffs that are already activated)

 

 a. Manual Deactivation
  - The alliance leader can manually deactivate a Chain Buff.

 

 b. Force-Deactivation
  - Chain Buffs will be force-deactivated under these conditions, regardless of the alliance leader's actions.
  ㄴ If the status of a planet within the Chain Buff switches to "Peace Mode in Ready"
  ㄴ If a planet possession gets taken over at the end of a Planet Takeover event
  ㄴ If the alliance disbands while a Chain Buff is active

 

 

■ Cyrox in Planet Takeover
 - Cyrox forces are threatened by the growing influences of Admirals, and thus join the Planet Takeover.
 - During the Planet Takeover event, Cyrox Alliances can attack a planet being taken over at a certain chance.
 - If the Cyrox wins the battle or the planet is empty, the Cyrox stations on the planet.

 

 

■ 30 Days Check-In Event
 - The joy of checking in every day! The 30 Days Check-In Event is now available.
 - Apart from the check-in rewards, additional rewards are available for consecutive check-ins.
  (The consecutive check-in counter will reset to 1 if you miss out on a day)
 - The event is available in the Reward Center after reaching Command Center Lv. 3.

 

 

 

■ Welcome Back Events
 - New welcome back events are now open for Admirals returning to ROS.
 - The events are available in the Reward Center after reaching Command Center Lv. 3.

 

 1) Welcome to ROS
  - A 14-day check-in event exclusively for returning Admirals.
 

 2) Returning Admiral
  - A 5-day mission event exclusively for returning Admirals.

 

 

 

■ Peaceful Growth Package V Purchase Limit Adjusted
 - The Peaceful Growth Package's purchase limit has been adjusted from a one-time-only purchase to be available once a week.

 ※ Repurchasing of the package will be available starting 06/24 00:00 (UTC)

 

 

 

■ New Packages
 1) VIP Level Up Package
  - Upgrade your VIP Level even faster with this new package.

 

 

 2) Special Price! Premium Transmit Ticket Package 1, 2, 3
  - These packages include Credits and loads of Premium Transmit Tickets.
 ※ These packages will be for sale starting from 6/23, after the maintenance, for a week.

 

 

 

■ Reward Center > Online Rewards
  - A new Online Reward event is now open.
  - Take part to obtain Pieces of Captain Trisha, who specializes in base defense.

 ※ Only new player after maintenance

 

 

 

■ Captain "Dopel Farber" Balance Adjustments
  - Captain Dopel Farber's skill effect cap was increased.
   ㄴ Enthusiasm: Increases stamina recharge speed (Max 25% increase → 30%)
   ㄴ Infinite Energy: Decreases Warship Carrier energy used during base attack with captain (Max decrease 5 → 10)

 

 

■ Resource Status Pop-Up Feature
  - You can now check your resources at a glance from a pop-up menu.

 

 

 

■ HUD Menu Improvements
  - The HUD button layout was adjusted. The Premium Store, Event, and Active Skills buttons have been placed outside the HUD menu.
  - The Advertisement button is always displayed, even if you haven't received the Supply Spaceship rewards.
  - Play-guides on Silthereum are now available in the new NFT/FT button.

 

 

 

■ Mail Translation Feature
  - Alliance messages in Mail > Notice can now be translated.
    (※ Notice - GM announcement / Alliance - Alliance leader announcement)

 

 

 

 ■ Captain Transmission Room > Premium Transmit Rewards Improved
  - SR Tier Captain Pieces* and Battle Data can now be obtained with Premium Transmissions.
   (※ Not included: Dopel Farber, Valkyrie)

 

 

 ■ Improvements and Changes
  - Item tooltips now show up when you tap on the item icons in the Logbook within the Premium Store.
  - If you do not have any items after selecting a tab in your Inventory, a message now indicates that you don't have any items in that category.
  - Improvements to Warship information UI in the Port
  - The animations for completing Sector Archive missions have been removed.
  - Adjustments to the Google login button (Login as GOOGLE → Sign in with Google)
  - Improvements to the banner images of the 4 Welcome Back Packages
  - Other minor bug fixes and server stabilization
