■ Council
 - All Council information will be reset (Council position, Sector Noble Coins, etc.)
 - The first Council Conquest will take place according to the following schedule.
  ㄴ 09/03 01:00 UTC (Sector 7), 09/24 07:00 UTC (Sectors 1-6)

 ㄴ 09/03 01:00 UTC (Sector 4, 5), 09/10 01:00 UTC (Sector 6)
     09/17 01:00 UTC (Sector 7), 09/24 01:00 UTC (Sector 1, 2, 3)
 * The first Council Conquest schedule in Sector 8 will be determined based on when the Sector achieves the required number of occupied Capital Planets
